EGT Interactive is looking for B2B Support Specialist!
- Monitor numerous of systems
- Provide basic B2B and in-house technical support via email/ticketing platform
- Participate in functionality tests & new application introductions
- Consult our clients about the specifications of the company’s products
- Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support
- 12-hour shifts – day and night, flexible working schedule
- Initial and regular trainings
You must have:
- Very good command of English (B1-C1)
- Decent PC literacy - MS Office, Internet, Linux applications
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
