We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Full project lifecycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
• Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
• Proactively identifying risks and obstacles, and taking the necessary actions to prevent them
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, dependencies, risks and issues
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
• Manage project scope and changes
• Act as an internal quality control check for the project
• Providing on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Produce and review functional requirements documents

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience in an IT company
• Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall
• Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills, including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Excellent internal and external communication skills
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Software development background is a plus
