EGT Interactive is looking for B2B Support Specialist!

You would:

  • Monitor numerous of systems
  • Provide basic B2B and in-house technical support via email/ticketing platform
  • Participate in functionality tests & new application introductions
  • Consult our clients about the specifications of the company’s products
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support

Additional information:

  • 12-hour shifts – day and night, flexible working schedule
  • Initial and regular trainings

You must have:

  • Very good command of English (B1-C1)
  • Decent PC literacy - MS Office, Internet, Linux applications
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
