Here are some details about the position of Senior IT Recruiter:
- Deliver full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, selecting, interviewing and hiring)
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Research talent acquisition trends
- Suggest improvements in the talent acquisition process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities’ career centers
- Lead employer branding activities
- Help junior colleagues in the team when needed
- Create and manage job postings and conduct research on the labor market
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment in the IT sector
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian (written and verbal)
- Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office
- Great communicator
