Here are some details about the position of Senior IT Recruiter:

Responsibilities:

• Deliver full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, selecting, interviewing and hiring)
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Research talent acquisition trends
• Suggest improvements in the talent acquisition process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities’ career centers
• Lead employer branding activities
• Help junior colleagues in the team when needed
• Create and manage job postings and conduct research on the labor market

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment in the IT sector
• Fluency in English and Bulgarian (written and verbal)
• Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented
• Great communicator
